I indulged at the worst of economic times to make myself a new Longboard, pictured above, named Prudence. She is 9′6″ long and made from foam derived from Soy. Go Figure, but this stuff is great, and has a sort of off-white natural color that the hyper-bleach standard polyurethane foam blanks definitely do not. Inlaid on the hull of the board, is a super gargantuan monster comprised of a fair bit of the animal kingdom, in some form of annihilating ascension, this beast of the deep is out there for people slide on some perfect little peelers, and hopefully get speared if they dare cross its path. Second board is a 5′6″ fish for my friend Cynthia, that totally destroys on some days with a bit of gut to the waves. It is a theoretically super progressive fish, in terms of volume, a concaved deck to lower your center of gravity, double concave through the tail, and handmade (by me) bamboo keel fins, with the rear half of the base released for freedom/ and energy compression’s sake. Not to mention the power of flesh tones, and color portals for alternate reality blasting through the lip.
And as always, if anyone out there would like a board, get ahold of me, and we can make something super kooked out!
